IMPORTANCE OF FOG LIGHTS

Fog lights can be useful when it comes to poor visibility conditions caused by rain, fog, snow, or even an excessive amount of dust in the air, which unique beam shape is easier to cut through the fog and light up the surface of the road so that drivers can see well enough to stay on the road and within their lane.

MATERIALS WE USE

We use Borosilicate Glass for our fog light glass lens. Borosilicate Glasses are known for having very low coefficients of thermal expansion, making more resistant to thermal shock than any other glass.

We use Aluminum Alloy for the housings of the fog lights.

MATERIALS WE USE

We use all new Polycarbonate materials for our plastics and do not use re-cycled plastic, PMMA or Acrylic for our fog lights. Using all new PC materials for the production of fog lights effects the quality and durability of the fog lights.

We use aluminum heat sink that goes through electrophoretic and powder coating procedure for our LED fog lights.
